Accessibility of the job market
Meaningful work strengthens mental health, but discrimination and stigma close doors. We fight for inclusive workplaces, real accommodations, and recognition of the rights of workers with mental health conditions – because everyone deserves a chance to contribute and thrive.
Challenges
People with mental health conditions face systemic barriers to employment: discrimination in hiring, lack of accommodations, stigma in the workplace, fear of disclosing their diagnosis, and lack of support to maintain stable employment.
